This year’s Book Fair was a huge success again.
We thank every family for your support. “Educandos”, the organizers, told us how impressed they were by how eager our students were to read and how they seemed to “devour” the books.
There was a wide range of titles for all ages and interests. Thea Stilton’s books were the first to sell out, but the girls also enjoyed detective, fairy and princesses stories. Many bought non-fiction books about animals, disasters, historical events and the like. And Dear Dumb Diaries were a hit!
On the first day every class browsed and then sat down for some silent reading of the books on their wish lists. Some of the teachers read aloud to them. The next day it was “finally” time to buy the desired titles.
